After holding me hostage and charging $299 for expedited shipping of a part from Carrier, they never fixed the problem for more than a week. I had to pay hotel costs to my tenant for that period. I had to call another contractor to get this fixed. Who's heard of $299 for expedited shipping? Be careful of their commitments and cost estimates. I would have given them zero stars if possible"
