"J&E Towing's service is exceptionally poor, marked by a complete lack of communication. My car suffered irreparable damage under their care, with the entire driver's side door torn off. Shockingly, they failed to communicate any information about the extent of the damage, and attempts to reach them by phone or text have been futile. To add insult to injury, I discovered my driver's side door panel in a tree near the towing scene, revealing the sheer negligence involved. It appears that they left my driver's door open during the tow, resulting in the catastrophic damage and rendering my car undrivable. The absence of communication regarding the harm inflicted on my vehicle is utterly unacceptable."
"They were quick at responding but Joel charged way too much. At first they said 230$ but ended up charging me 329.00$ just because I had a truck. They did not keep their word and changed pricing on me at the last minute."

"Super inexperienced, took over 8 hours for a simple tow. Spent more time trying to fix my truck to get my wheel on then they did towing it. Wouldn’t have got the job done if me and my employees didn’t help the 3 of them. Good news my truck made it to its destination. I’m not happy with how long it took or the price it cost. Very disappointed in my 1100 dollar tow bill"
