He did a great job replacing a ceiling light we’d had that really needed to be replaced—it looks great and seamless—and installed some new bathroom vents/lights for us. He was very prompt and efficient, answering any questions we had; we appreciate his work!"

"We contacted Custom Electric to conduct an inspection per a buyers property inspection request when selling our home. Blake was assigned as my service technician and he was great. He’s very knowledgeable and professional with a great attitude. I have nothing negative to say about Blake, he gets 5/5 stars. The only thing I was shocked on was pricing. When scheduling, I was told an inspection service would be $49 and if work had to be performed then the service technician would inform me prior to the work being done that day. Unfortunately, the dispatch fee is $49 and the inspection (Diagnostic) we had done was upwards of $380 on top of the dispatch fee. The technician (Blake) did advise us of this prior to conducting the inspection once he was at our home. We paid $450+ for someone to verify no work was needed."

"The work done was great! However they did not clean after themselves very well. Wiring remnants and insulation from my attic was left on the ground. A used cigarette was right in front of my door. They didn’t call prior to coming or leaving which was fine, but I would have liked to have seen the finished result before they left. Everything works like it was supposed to though! They charged $3,000 to wire an AC unit, garbage disposal, and dishwasher."

He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and provided a quality estimate. My electrical request is multi-faceted, so each electrician had different recommendations. Blake was the only one who didn’t say that I needed to replace my breaker panel. Comparing the quotes is like comparing apples to oranges because they are for different ways to solve my problem, but it’s worth mentioning that Blake’s quote required a lot less money than the others."

He reviewed the positives and negatives of his proposal. We made our decision and Ron immediately implemented his proposal. Ron is experienced and explained things to our satisfaction.
