"When me and my dad went to go get some tools the techs inside were disrespectful and when I was asking questions condescended me and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. When we purchased the tool I was certain it was the wrong one and the cashier gaslit us into the purchase and when I asked about return policies after the fact (My mistake) the same guy refused a refund even though HE sold us the wrong tool. Not friendly with female technicians and not a place I would recomend. It was a 35 dollar socket we didn't even use"
