"Customer service was excellent! Brought my ring in as it was clear one of my prongs needed to be replaced. They started the process of repairing only to find spot in the stone that could break when under heat, which is required to prepare the prong. I reached out to insurance to find out what coverage I had available. The associate from Dave called my insurance directly to explain the situation so I didn't have to be the middle man. My ring was fixed without incident and at an extremely reasonable rate so insurance wasn't needed, but was grateful for the above and beyond customer service from Dave's!"

"brought my watch in to have he band/clasp replaced. after a week and a half i call to have the lady tell me they can't find my watch. eventually it is found and they tell me it was put in the wrong drawer so my band never got ordered. they said it could be there in 4 days from manufacture so i said okay. call back next week and it still isn't done so i say fine i'm coming to pick it up either way done or not the next day only to be hung up on by the lady. i go in next day and she has my watch done and apologizes and i think all is well until a week later my watch clasps pops open (original reason i brought in) and i notice in the light my new band magically has what looks like buffed down scuff marks in exactly the same place my last band had."
"These people are the absolute nicest ! I had a engagement ring that needed to be cut off and I called about 7 or 8 jewelry stores and an urgent clinic to see if it could be cut off nobody could. I stumbled upon this gem of a place and they had it off in about 30 seconds easy . Highly recommend very polite very knowledgeable people."
