"I’m so glad this was not the first place we went to look at engagement rings. We would have completely stopped looking that day because the customer service was that aggressive. I would not recommend this particular store location to anyone who is new to ring shopping and would recommend to shop local small jewelers here in Ankeny first. The man who was helping us was extremely pushy and off putting. We are not a traditional couple and knew exactly what our budget was and what we wanted. When they realized we were not interested in buying today they completely changed their attitude. At one point the man accused my partner of not wanting to make that big of an investment on a ring. Which is a bold assumption to make for meeting a couple 5 minutes ago. I also didn’t find anything there that was my style or that I loved which is completely fine! but spending 20 minutes trying to pressure us into buying a ring that I didn’t exactly love and I repeatedly said was way out of our budget is tacky. Also it was little concerning when they asked for my partners drivers license to create a “wishlist” to document which rings I kind of liked. Not sure why you would need his drivers license for that? my only assumption is that they ran his credit without his knowledge. Which is really bad service in my opinion. All together we left the experience feeling completely judged and like we couldn’t get out of there fast enough."

They worked to give me the fairest and best price possible! I also appreciated how they balanced not pushing me or rushing me into buying from them but also working hard to earn my business. 10/10 would recommend! They did a great job getting the ring done as soon as they could, and I could not be more grateful for how well they treated me during this process.
