"The website allowed my partner to order an 8ft pod. They called the day before and when she tried to ask about the order the customer service agent said they didn't know any details. They then show up with a 16ft pod while my partner was at work. No email, no call; while I can understand a lack of availability for 8ft pods, the price to pick up a phone or send an email is next to nothing. Just ridiculous."
