"Contracted out by Vizio to deliver a replacement TV. Never showed up and then lied about it. They also supposedly have zero visibility to the GPS tracking on their leased trucks from Ryder. If only they did, this wouldn't be a discussion about whether they showed up or not. How convenient the manager of the facility can't see where his trucks are or have been...... Edit: Upon delivery the folks that actually drive the truck were incredibly nice and represented the company in a much better fashion. Three stars instead of one due to their efforts."
