I tried calling twice to see if a driver was going to be picking up freight and the call center picked up because no one in the Des Moines location would pick up the phone and they could not look up the BOL with any of the information I received from the 3rd party freight broker."
"This company is absolutely awful. They have been supposed to deliver our fridge for two weeks now. They have the fridge and told us they were going to deliver it to our house twice now. We were the last stop on their deli every list, and instead of scheduling us for the next day when they didn’t get to us before closing their doors, they rescheduled us for a week later. This has happened two times!!!! We are still waiting for our refrigerator! I will never recommend this company to anyone."
