Driver was rude and company was so incompetent it cost me both time and money. Stay far away from these jokers. They waste time and money like you won’t believe."
"Quoted one price, sent a bill for double that price. Given the runaround for 6 months not knowing what exactly to pay. Told "I'll handle it" by 4+ employees, including our sales rep. Sent to collections, even though we were still dealing with the company. No notification given, no attempt to call, utter betrayal. If you're a small business, avoid this company at all costs. It's not worth it. We could have had 2 of our employees drive it to Tennessee, stay overnight at a fancy hotel, and drive back for cheaper. Haven't been this let down in years."
"Ask to deliver to a different address, (10 mins walking distance, 2 mins drive), also it’s on Main Street instead of small ally, they need to speak to a supervisor and want to charge me a redeliver fee??? If that’s how you going to do business, good luck finding success!"
