"I would highly discourage ANYONE from dealing with this company! Their adjuster we dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. The vehicle and load sat for 51 days before anything was ever done to get the truck and load taken care of which cost $10,000 in just storage! Why would you want to hire a company to cover your truck when they drag their feet, add cost to the claim, Then try to blame the tow company for the bill being “so high”? The tow company had two heavy wreckers, a medium duty wrecker, three flat bed trucks to haul debri, two skid steers for clean up, and an outside company to haul the load of steel that came off the trailer! It was a ten hour job which had the interstate shut down. The adjuster didn’t like the tow bill and left a bad review for the tow company! Keep in mind, the adjuster has no idea or knowledge of the scene, or how bad the steel and debris was scattered all over the interstate! He didn’t like the tow bill so his fix was to bash the towing company over the internet. You don’t want a company that is that unprofessional representing your interests in a time of need!!!"
"This company is a scam. My husbands new truck burned and he was paid below fair market value on the truck. They assured him it would be covered to gair market value. We took over a 30,000 screwing! Run from this company . No matter how good their rates are they will not even cover your actual costs. My son also had this company on his truck. Another truck hit him and they paid less than 1/2 the estimated costs to repair it. They dont mind taking your money but be damned if they will pay if something happens."
