"No stars no stars no stars ..unbelievable people , package was to be delivered on Friday. Got a call from them asking can it be delivered on monday, being undemanding I agreed but them ask can I just pick my own package up they said sure anytime after noon on Saturday . Get over there to pick up package and find out they closed ..like wow really .why tell me one thing know they are closed ..wasted my gas but who cares its only money right.... call them to see what's going on and they say there closed on Saturday and it will be delivered on Tuesday at 8pm .what business hours are open for delivery at 8 pm .. come on FedEx get it together"
"Truckers block traffic in the left lane. Deliveries to homes have poor execution. Customer service doesn't care at all about you. They are literally there to patronize you. Using FedEx will anger your customers."
