"Just spoke With a lady on the phone Trying to book a nice Suv for my bride for our wedding and she was very rude over the phone I told her I will call back in a few and it took me not even 10min. Also she told me that the vehicle that I wanted was book less then 10min and Find it wired, and we wear going to move forward with the booking on the Lincoln that she said that's was available until I had ask if the vehicle has step boards and she tried to get loud over the and said someone had book it just that quick. it just makes me wonder about the business she quote me $175 to book the Lincoln navigator which I was going to do until she got rude over the phone in hung up in my face god don't like ugly and very horrible customer service now I'm looking into star limo which will give me a better deal and service that I wouldn't mind giving my business to...."

"We've called several places to see the cost and if they had availability to accommodate my family to & from the airport. VIP Sedan & Limousine was outstanding!!! The ladies that I spoke to even upgraded our vehicle to give us extra room for luggage. The driver Tom was exceptional he arrived on time to and from the airport very courteous very polite, we will definitely 100% use this company again! They definitely earned our trust!!!!"

"I had an okay experience with this company, but I'm not sure I would use them again. I reserved a Mercedes Sprinter van for my wedding on 12/31/22 to transport the wedding party from the hotel to the Church. I think it was overpriced - over $400 for a 15-minute drive for 14 people. I also paid for it on July 13 (Dec. event) and a couple weeks before the event they claimed I hadn't paid. I showed them the line item on my bank card statement and sent them the invoice. Not super professional as they should be able to keep track of their own payments and invoices but thank goodness I did or they maybe would have made me pay twice or cancel the reservation. It was on time for the event only because my bridesmaid called the driver to tell them where to go and how to get to us. Otherwise, they said the ride there was smooth. So if you can find another way to transport your bridal party I probably would."

"Kelly with the blonde hair just drove a 44 foot bus full of people out of a super tight squeeze parking lot. It was the best driving I’ve ever witnessed in my life. I cannot get over how incredible she drove. She deserves a 7-day cruise in the Mediterranean. Wow. I love Kelly."
