"I waited until I lived here a year to write this review because things can change once you move in. this place is totally awesome when I moved in Emma and Bridgett helped me, but since then staff has changed and they are just as awesome as they were in the beginning. A huge weight room in the office as well as a movie theater and in very nice pool. also, every building has their own weight room and computer room inside of it which is very accommodating .There is three lakes and you can actually fission and which is pretty nice in the summertime and geese that are beautiful but failed a pond.. neighbors are pretty decent. Buildings are clean maintenance is on top of any request that you have. I have never had a problem and there is plenty of things at the office does for different holidays and meet and greets.. this is by far one of the best if not the best apartment living that I have ever found in all of my travels. Communication is key and the front desk does a wonderful job with communication.. very safe community as there are security cameras located throughout the property and staff does a good job keeping on top of things."

"I had a small maintenance request, Bryan called to make sure it's a good time. He fixed my issue, and made a special trip back to give my dog extra treats! An hour later I was outside and heard him introducing himself and welcoming new renters to Meadowlark. The maintenance team here is responsive and fantastic. Mariah in the office is also incredibly nice and helpful. I'm really happy with my experience at Meadowlark."

"I have lived in Meadowlark since March of 2022. I moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 3rd floor. Even though I absolutely love my apartment I really wanted to be on the first floor due to some health issues and to make it easier for me to take the dog outside.. Meadowlark allows a resident to "transfer units" if there is one available. Bridgette in the main office has made this a seamless experience for me. They are very responsive with all replies and never leave any questions unanswered. I would recommend Meadowlark to anyone who wanted a quiet, clean and beautiful place to live. By the way...right outside the main entrance are "ponds" that contain a variety of fish to have a great time with the family."
