"I moved in on June 15, 2023. I gave them a good review. Little did I know. Had some issues with a few things in the apartment. Toilet and tub backing up and sewer water flooding my bathroom. It’s September 17, 2023. Still having same problem. Sometimes waiting two days. Where I can’t shower or use my toilet. They have a huge problem with the sewer system and the complex owners refuse to fix it correctly because of the cost. The ownership sucks. There are so many other issues that I’ve discovered since living here and talking to the tenants. They refuse to spend any money and repair things properly. They just keep putting Band-Aids over things. I would not recommend renting from this place."
