"They will leave your door open/unlocked when they come in for "maintenance repairs". The leasing office rarely ever responds when needed. She does walkthroughs without notifying you and theyve taken property before. They also TOOK out all my familys stuff when they were still paying rent to them after they moved out and STILL had 30 days left before all of their stuff needed to be removed. NEVER trust this place or the leasing office with your property."
"Just recently moved in. Racquel and Damian both are fantastic! Lived here in the past, the difference in night and day. The apartments and grounds are so much cleaner! Both people mentioned have done a great job at making us all feel welcomed. Great job Jasperplace!!!!"
"I would like to give a huge shoutout to the new management here at jasper place !! Since the new transition all of our needs have been met ! Just recently we had a leak in our ceiling and it was fixed with in a few hours even after it was fixed the new maintenance man contacted me personally to make sure everything was still going okay!! We even had troubles with the online portal and Mrs Raquel contacted me even though the office was already closed and she was also off the clock just to reassure me that things will get fixed and up and running :) I just appreciate the lengths they’re going for the tenants it definitely shows that they care and that’s exactly what jasper place needed along time ago :)"
"We moved here little over 1 year ago and with the new office and maintenance staff we couldn't ask for better service. Always greeted with a smile and positve comments. When we lost our boxer we were shown with respected welcomed with love when we brought Tia home. Great place to live"
"New management since August 2022. Maintenance guy Damein is Awesome! He has completed all my work orders on the day I've submitted my requests. Winter time the walks were salted and shoveled. Due to issues with my roommate is the only reason I'm moving to another place. Hopefully the company will reach out to this employee and tell him how we appreciate him going above and beyond customer service on a daily basis!"
