"I visited WineStyles searching for a specific wine I had purchased there in the past. Traveling for work and not being able to purchase this wine in the state I live in Allan found his store sold out of this particular wine. Allan did not give up and contacted his rep asking if there were any other stores featuring this wine on my way home. About an hour later and a short 5 minute detour and I was on my way home. While I did not end up purchasing wine with WineStyles on that trip, I will be in the future as their customer service is top notch."
