"Don’t know if this lady was having a bad day or what…my sister went to pick up her dogs after grooming. Owner claimed we made her late for an appointment even though she indicated at drop off we needed to have the dogs picked up by 4:00 and we were there at 3:15. She charged us $25 extra for being late! She held the dogs hostage and wouldn’t let us take the dogs until we paid the $25. Not very professional if you ask me."
