"I work really close to this Starbucks. So, it is a convenient treat. Unfortunately, I often leave the drive thru with a less than mediocre coffee drink. I don’t understand how it can taste so different from other Starbucks? This visit I decided to go back in and ask the staff to remake my drink. It didn’t taste good and it didn’t taste anything like the brûlée I get from other locations. They gladly remade it. Thank you for that. However, it was equally disappointing. These drinks are expensive to end up tossing out or doctoring when I get home. Truly disappointed and feel like I waisted my money and time."

"Just received my iced matcha latte with light ice. Haven’t taken one sip and it was already low. (photos of straw and drink spout for reference) and the top 2” was FOAM. It’s still not done going down. I don’t know what happened, everything used to be so great here but the last couple times my mom and I’ve ordered Starbucks, this is what’s handed to us. I understand that it’s one thing to have longer wait times due to a busy workload but to have such lackluster quantity/quality of product is different.."

"The location is amazing. Love the manager and baristas here! The only issue I have ever had is the sandwich is cold in the center, but I believe this is due to popular demand on that sandwich and probably having to keep up with defrosting and demand. So glad they put a location nearer where we live :)!"
