"Jimmy's Johns is not what they used to be. The sandwiches have "shrunk?" Still good tasting and all, but when I purchased the #9, it was pretty small in size. I've been buying the #9 for some years, and I noticed that it was MUCH smaller than usual and cost more. I think I'll just make my own Jimmys Johns sandwich, and save myself some money."

"WOW on the portion. This is a plain slim 4 and boy was it slim on the Turkey. Staff is always friendly but this time is was a little ridiculous. You would think to add just a little more. I had to add extra Turkey I had bought from Hy-vee just be able to taste the meat. Disappointed is all. **UPDATE** called the store and gentleman acknowledged the low quantity of meat and stated this is the recommended weight that is used. still a first for me. Other than that, online ordering is good and staff is nice."
"I order delivery from this store quite often for the people in my office. The food is always great, its delivered quickly and I have never had anything be messed up or made incorrectly- NOT ONCE! The staff is always super nice too. Good job guys! Thanks for the consistently good service and quality, its much appreciated."
