"I've been going to Pulse since it opened in February and it's been wonderful! Fun instructors, a wide variety of classes to choose from. Whether it's cardio dance, sculpt, choreo, flow (yoga), barre, or HIIT, you always get a great workout. No dance experience necessary, I had none. The owner, Mikaela, is awesome. Cannot recommend highly enough!"

"I'm a complete beginner -- no dance lessons or experience. The Pulse classes are fun and beginner friendly. I've been a regular gym goer for 20+ years, and I can confirm that the Pulse instructors are talented and knowledgeable. The music is incredible, and the studio looks and feels more like a spa instead of a sweaty gym. They don't push diets or weight loss, which I really appreciate as someone healing from disordered eating. All bodies are welcome!"
"I used to live in Los Angeles and was obsessed with the awesome dance and fitness classes offered there. I tried to find something similar in Des Moines, but was disappointed to find nothing even close. Until I found Pulse Dance Fitness Studio. I was so excited to find a studio that offered classes that reminded me of the ones I used to take in Los Angeles. I was even more excited to discover that the instructors were just as knowledgeable and motivating as the ones I had taken classes with in the past. Pulse Dance Fitness Studio has been a great place for me to challenge myself, have fun, and work on my balance and stability. After being diagnosed with MS, doctors said it was important to workout and make sure to work on my balance, and I put it off for almost two years because of every excuse possible. But when Pulse opened I knew I had to make myself a priority and sign up. It was the best decision I have made in a long time!"
