"I am so disappointed with the service at this location. There are two ladies there who are very unfriendly. They seem miserable to be there. They never say hello, have a great day, how are you…literally nothing.. I always say thank you, have a good one, and they just straight up ignore me and don’t respond. They turn away from you or walk away while you’re saying thank you. I started a new job 9 weeks ago just a block away and have been buying my lunch at this Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh half of those days, and they are still so unfriendly. Especially the one older lady today (and other days) she sighs like she’s so inconvenienced. She does not need to be working with the public. She was so unfriendly today 7/11/23 at 2pm. They don’t wear name tags and now I understand why. I will absolutely not be going back there or purchasing my lunch there ever again. I expect more from a company like Hy-Vee. I’ll purchase my lunch somewhere else from now on where they at least smile at you."
