However, after meeting with the property manager, Dee, and talking face to face I realized there was misunderstandings/miscommunication on both sides. She was very professional and welcoming. First impressions can be everything, but Dee definitely proved me wrong. I’m glad we’ve since resolved any problems we had and hope to enjoy the rest of our time here!"

Dee Merida and her team are very responsive and keep this community top notch. The amenities were awesome to have, the pool, the on site doggie park and community club house are just some to mention. "March 1, 2024. This morning my car window was knocked out. Maintenance was kind enough to inform me. When I went outside to see the damage I ran into another tenant who also just had her window smashed out. This is a regular occurrence here. I then went to the office to see how this would be handled. I was told to reach out to the police non- emergency line and file a report. The office staff member that I spoke with kept a very professional demeanor. Problem is the management company refuses to keep the residents safe. When it comes to security it is bare minimum. When the police arrived a report was taken and file number given to me. The cost of the damages rest with me. The office worker informed me that the complex/ management company has no responsibility in keeping the residents safe from harm. I was shocked to find this out. The only cameras for safety are to protect the clubhouse because it's a company asset. The police officer said they have a lot of there here. I don't feel as safe as I did when I woke up this morning."

My maintenance issue was resolved by Patrick in a timely manner and he was knowledgeable and polite. The community is peaceful and quiet. I would recommend The Passage by Picerne to anyone seeking a nice rental close to shopping and dining."

"I moved into The Passage in September, 2017, when I moved from San Francisco to Henderson. I moved into The Jewel, a 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment. Very spacious & very reasonably priced. Large spacious rooms. The Manager & office staff couldn't have been more gracious, understanding and welcoming! But, time would tell, if once I signed the contract, it would remain that way. I'm here to say, 4 years later, they are the greatest. The maintenance supervisor, Patrick, has been great. The washing machine flooded. Patrick was outside & I ran & told him what was happening. He shut the water off, called the rug people who were there within the hour, pulled up the rug, removed the padding, put on the fans & ordered a brand new washer. The machine he ordered was a Whirlpool, large tub, the exact machine I bought before leaving the Bay Area. I knew it was a great machine. The rug & new padding put back in place, back to normal within a week. Rad is always responsive as well. Replaces the ac filter, bulbs, fixes any issues. They are all very professional & resolve issues right away. There are 2 pools here. I'm close to the Phase I pool, the largest one & during summer months swim a lot. Even during the pandemic, they've taken measures of keeping the pool & jacuzzi clean. They've recently reopened the jacuzzi. The pool is cleaned & maintained daily. I've met very nice, respectful residents. I had trouble with heavy boxes bring to the garbage area, a nice man lifted it into the dumpster for me. I go walking at night in the cooler months of the year & feel safe. They have security on premises through the night. Here in the desert, when hot weather comes in, the night crawlers and scorpions come to the surface. The Passage offers free pest control, inside & outside the apartments. All you have to do is call & they'll put your apartment on the list to be handles/sprayed that week. So, am I happy at The Passage? Yes, very. I have no intention of leaving. There are residents who have lived here longer. The office staff remains as gracious, nice & accommodating & I consider them as friends & like family. The Passage is home."
