"If you like cockroaches this is the place for you, always something that had to be fixed. Completly overpriced for the property. One last thing, there is dog crap everywhere on the property…. time to fine people who are too lazy to pick up after their pets."
"So far so good! We moved here from Michigan a few days ago and Bianca and Roseanna have been so helpful and accommodating, which made our long distance move a breeze! We had some small maintenance issues and they came the same day, which if you have ever lived in an apartment is often unheard of. Our family of 6 is enjoying our stay so far. It is quiet and clean and neighbors are friendly so far. We are looking forward to our stay in our new home!"

"I moved into Martinique Bay a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with this property and their staff so far! Matt and his team at the front office were so great about helping me when I moved in and being really detailed with the move in process and showing me the property. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and so spacious, it is fantastic for the price. So much natural light! The pool areas and outdoor areas of the complex are kept so clean and are stunning, I couldn't ask for better! I had a maintenance issue and submitted a work order and they came and fixed it within an hour. I am so happy with this property so far and cannot wait for the rest of the year with them, they are very welcoming, you won't regret choosing this property!"
