"Lived in this complex for two years. The office staff is rude. The maintenance people pretended to install our air filters multiple times by just laying them on their side and not fixing the part that holds them up. We put in multiple requests to have the light bulb above our stairs changed but an excuse was always given. About 40% of the residents actually clean up after their pets. It constantly smells. Multiple people’s cars broken into during my stay. Office was aware and did nothing. Clear black shoe marks on the wall where people constantly jump the wall in the “ gated community” Don’t let their “amenities” fool you. They charge you extra for trash pickup if you leave it on your porch and not once was it actually done. Lastly, You pay a security fee but the only cameras are at the clubhouse. Speed limit is 5mph. Every single person does least 25mph. Avoid this complex. For the price you can rent a house. A 2 bedroom in this complex is over $2200"

"This place is owned by one of the shadiest property management groups in the country. Be wary of illegal clauses in the lease contracts, especially if things come up and you may need to leave your lease early. Dont ever tell them you're leaving early, they will immedeatly place your unit available to rent, find another renter for your unit, but still charge you an exhorbant early termination fee, the remaining of your lease, AND send you to collections if you dont pay within 7 days of notifying them. Doesnt even matter if your actual lease is up or not, theyll do all that just for saying you need to leave early. Nothing the little guy can do to a multimillion dollar company when they keep dragging it out until you give up. The office workers play nice to your face, but are nothing more than corporate drones reporting to their overlords. So many hidden unnecessary fees as well. Applied for a $1300/mo unit, ended up paying almost $1700 after everything. Including a $45 "vallet" trash service that only came once a week for me. Had no option to opt out. A Gate took 3 months to repair when I lived there, leaving anybody to come and go as they please. During that time, my car was broken into and never got a response from office personnel about it. I had to call for roach spray at least twice in the 14+ months I lived there due to multiple live and dead roaches found. The quality of the paint jobs and construction of the units are not worth the money you spend. Stay away. There's better options in the area for so much cheaper. Don't trust an apartment complex that has a nicer office than the actual units. I expect this'll most likely be responded to with a standard copy and paste corporate response "apologizing" for how they wish to do better but nothing will ever change."

Cynthia, as well as the entire staff at Cornerstone, will make you feel at home and not just a number in the apartments like most tend to do. The community of residents is really nice as well. I couldn't recommend living here more."
