"Sabrina the manager is so nice, helpful and so prompt when something is needed. The maintenance group - I couldn't ask for better. I've needed maintenance help even after hours and they were there within minutes! This is a pretty quiet, smaller complex. I am going on my third year with them."
"Sabrina made the application and signing process flawless! Out 15 complexes Sabrina was the only one that answered the phone immediately and was with me from beginning till the day I got my keys. The complex is nice, clean, the apartments have updated interior and are beautiful especially for the affordable pricing. I cldnt be happier that I choose this for my new home."
"Pros: -Close to freeway and many stores -Dog park was always clean -Staff was nice and friendly Cons: -Never any peace, constant sounds from upstairs neighbors. -A good nights rest was absolutely impossible. -The "renovation" was lazy except for the kitchen. -The water in our apartment would be shut off at least once a month for HOURS. Wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemy."
"It takes A year to get anything fixed in your apartment.. the complex has roaches and bed bugs.. people throwing out what looks like good furniture EVERY WEEK... U can see the bugs on the furniture. The manager only one in office, tells you shell take care Of stuff, then doesn't. Manager picks and chooses which tenants who have to follow rules of lease, and who doesn't. This property is the ghetto of the nice neighborhood."
"Sunset Hills is a great place to live and I did enjoy the year I stayed. Neighbors were also great. The property was kept very clean and maintenance was one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. The pool and work out room was a plus and great outdoor space if you have pets. Not a enough space if you have large furniture or moving from a house, but the bedroom space makes up for the small living room and kitchen space. Everything needed is close by and the elementary school and parks near by are within walking distance."
