"UPDATE. 1/24/24. Read entire review please. Things are looking better at Courtyard Apartments now that new management is in place. I still would not recommend these apartments due to the buildings are slowly sinking, one has been demolished. Existing problems with roaches and mice. It still takes days for maintenance to attend to the simplest of tasks. There are convicted felons living here. Drugs?? If you're desperate, then by all means move in. Update: things were looking better for a while however we have now been without operable washing machines for 3 weeks. The manager(AMANDA) is blaming Dadson washer services. As manager it's her responsibility to stay on Dadson until things are resolved. All the tenants that have incurred unexpected costs for transportation to get to and from a local laundry should start taking people to small claims court to recoup their money."
"I moved into the Courtyard Apartments in July 2021 with my Dad. At the time he was going through cancer, and at the time the manager Anthony who was the property manager at the time helped my Father & I get approved for our apartment! The master bathroom has a stand up shower, the kitchen has alot of cabinet space, and the water & trash is included with the rent amount. These apartments are for low income (individual person) or a family/disabled person(s) with a section 8 housing choice voucher. If you don't have a housing voucher, and your monthly income is low you still may qualify. I recently moved out of my apartment and these are a few pictures of the living room area, the dining room, and the master bathroom & walk in large closet. Many improvements have been done on the property, and will continue to improve. I moved out because both my Dad passed away June 2022 and I couldn't afford the rent anymore on my own. I do give the apartments a five star review!"
