"This company's services is terrible. I ordered a ticket and then when I was trying to find the qr code all they gave me was the confirmation number. So I tried getting it printed at the station ahead of time they said it wasn't on the data base. I called the company and they said I check out but they couldn't do anything if my ticket wasn't on the data base. End of the story is I couldn't get on even though I paid early."
"I left a bag of groceries in the parking lot of the gas station across the street from this place on the day before Thanksgiving. These guys went across the Streeto grab it for me and kept it in the bus station until I could get back to pick it up. I really appreciated the willingness to help"
