He filled us in on everything and said our furnace was in good shape. They came when they said they would and it didn't take too long."

Mikel was mindful of our disabilities and showed us before and after photos and educated us on the use of some technology re: thermostat that we were not doing properly. Plus made safety suggestions and came with new filters on hand in case they were needed and even dated them. Thanks for the great service."

He described potential problems clearly and had cost estimates for each aspect. We will consider possible repairs and replacements for implementation this fall.
