"Awful experience. Got lost driving all over looking for this place in the tank I drive and spent about $60 in gas to get here. Made me strip down to my undies & bra for the whole appointment. That was after sitting in lobby for an hour & filling out a mound of paper work. Lady who made appt. for me said come in to get out of pain. That was about a joke. This place did nothing to help me get out of pain. no injections, no massages, no medicines, no nothing. I got lectured and questioned on all my responses and felt very awkward sitting there in my panties and bra. Then had to drive clear back home crying in pain. Knew this would be a waste of time after reading the reviews and it was a waste of time and very humiliating. The 1 medicine this Dr offered, I already had some of that here & thought I would try it out again, well it gave me massive heart burn to where I almost ended up in ER all weekend. Wanted to go to grave this weekend which is deceased relative birthday weekend but not I got to lay here dying in pain and with massive heart burn. Gee thanks. Now I know where they get the Idiots Out Wandering Around, saying from. IOWA> I say this because as the Dr left the room he felt the need to scream Go Council Bluffs all the way down the hall as if someone coming into Iowa for help was a big deal. Well everywhere I go I see Iowa people hogging up our roads, stores, doctors and whatever else they feel like. But when someone from here travels into Iowa they get to deal with this. Does it really matter where I am from? I was there for help and you failed to help me."
"Worst doctor office in council bluffs. They are stealing money charging thousands of dollars for a simple dressing and consolation. They should be ashamed of what they are doing taking advantage of people who need help it’s a scam. The doctors will rarely do anything to help but insist you come to the appointment just to charge you and tell you they don’t recommend anything more. They are worthless and do not serve the community."
"The office staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Satterly has done an amazing job for me. The total hip replacement surgery he performed for me 2 weeks ago has been a game changer. I can't wait to get back to living thanks to his surgical expertise. Highly recommend Dr. Satterly"
