"Ridiculous. . . Impossible to get an appt when you are in need. Then the appointment person says one time. You get there and they have you down for another. . Then turn you away. . Even when it was a difference of 20 minutes! ! That is horrible customer service. . The lady on phone Jamie I think. . Very rude to her staff. Check in lady very nice. Dr. Worley. Was nice first time I saw her. . However. . . Today. . .for different dr.. . Was very upsetting. People treated like cattle. And . . Who turns away a customer when it's was their error and a difference of twenty minutes! Unprofessional. I never felt like they care about patients. Sad."
