"Received service 2/21 and the issue was back 2/23. Was told $300 and then when it came time to pay 15 minutes later was about $160 more! Called office and they offered no help/ solution to the problem. Basically was told we had to pay AGAIN for the same issue. Would not recommend to anyone!"

"Came out the first time to unclog a sink. Did not do any work on my sink, but another drain. Came out a second time and charged double the quote price I got on the phone while my girlfriend was home and not me. I should not have to pay for them to come back to fix their mistake. Go to a real plumber, not this scam of a company"

"We had a clogged toilet and sewage backing up into a bathtub at our rental property. I called Roto-Rooter this morning (Sunday) and within 10 minutes the service tech called back. I can’t remember his name but he was phenomenal! He was out at the property within an hour of the phone call and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. He was a true professional as well as patient and kind. He explained what he thought the problem was on the phone and the process they use to fix it. He was transparent about pricing as well so there were no surprises - the pricing was very reasonable by the way even for a weekend. He made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. I am really pleased with the experience and I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be using them again if we ever have issues in the future!"

"100% would not recommend using roto rooter for any kind of service. Had them come out to snake my sewer line last year. They were here for awhile and the young technician ended up breaking off the snake in my sewer line. They worked on getting it out and put a camera down to see what was going on. They proceeded to tell me that the snake had broke through my line and there was nothing they could do to get the snake out. I was told that I could access the video at any time if I reached out to them. When I reached out to receive the video, I was told there was no video. So I had a different GREAT company come out and take a look. When they sent a camera down they said it was root problem. After this company jetted my line they realized that Roto Rooter had broken their snake because they tried to get rid of too many roots at once, which was still wrapped on the end of their snake. After MULTIPLE attempts to reach out to Roto Rooter for them to get their snake out of my line I was told after they reviewed the videos, that they told me they never had, when they left the line was clear. I have video evidence that their snake is still in my line and also the email telling me they had no video to provide me. Literally all I want them to do is to come remove their snake from my line but I guess that's too much to ask."

"We had a clog in our main drain. We called Clog Busters - someone came out, didn't look at the project and gave us the pricing that they refused to give over the phone. They quoted 1k to 3,500 without even diagnosing the issue. Called Roto Rooter, on a Sunday...on Thanksgiving weekend because our drain was backing up. The young man who came out was so respectful, worked quickly and was able to clear our drain within 30 minutes. Simple clog but 77 ft out. Our bill didn't break the bank and he recommended a maintenance drain cleaner he had on hand to help prevent future concerns. I wish I could remember his name because he made our day. Please tell him how much he is appreciated.Thank you so much!!!!"
