"I have been going here since 2016 and seen a few different providers. Jamie is amazing and with not one but 2 very painful losses in less than a 2 month span recently has been able to see me when I needed it most, I had an appointment already for the very day I lost my grandfather in July and I called the day after losing my father in August and she got me in the very next day. Christina is equally amazing and really listens when a med either isn't working or is no longer enough on its own l, she cares about what is going on in my life to cause symptom changes or my meds to just stop working. I had been over medicated in the past but I'm happy with the amounts of meds I'm on. Overall I'm happy with my care and feel like my providers listen to my concerns and issues and care about my mental health."

"Mick or “Michael” is a true therapist who labels himself a a psychiatrist. If you were to go ANYWHERE- go here. When you establish a new care provider, the appointment is 90 minutes long opposed to a 15 minute time slot. Not only is Mick my favorite Psychiatrist to date, he’s my favorite therapist as well (he’s not a therapist tho!) he is an advanced practice, registered nurse, or a nurse practitioner and in my bias opinion they’re better than doctors. Mick got to know me on a personal level and is gifted with his knowledge of drugs to treat mental health. 100/10."

"When Dr.Seamonds was there I had no issues. Now that I have to see others I have had to suffer without my med multiple times. I find it rediculous that they can never seem to get it right even when you give exact directions of what you need. The medical field is sad nowdays. The hypocratic oath means nothing anymore."

"I get that offices have limited availability for new patient appointments; although I find it unacceptable that it takes many weeks to get in to see a mental health provider, I recognize that it is a systemic problem and not isolated to this office. However canceling an appointment two hours before the appointment time, promising that someone will call back to reschedule, and not fulfilling that promise is NOT systemic and is unacceptable. This happened to us, and after trying unsuccessfully 3 times in a row to get through to the office to reschedule and actually going to the office to reschedule, we we given another appointment 3 more weeks out. Then, a week before the rescheduled appointment, we are notified that the appointment is canceled as the provider has left the practice! When I called to reschedule again, I was told that there are not very many options in CB and if I wasn't willing to travel to Omaha, I'm looking at pushing the appointment out another month or so. This is unacceptable! No makeup clinics, no other providers taking on those not-yet-established patients who have been already waiting for their appointment. Very disorganized and disheartening."
