"Waiting for over an hour to be seen!! I can’t stop coughing and so embarrassed to be coughing in public since Covid!! This is why I waited so long to get this checked out, which I am sure it pneumonia by now and have no other choice but to wait, unless I want to end up in hospital!! I cannot do that! I am so frustrated right now!! I cannot say that I am at all happy or pleased with this place!! I do understand busy and healthcare for I am a provider also!! I just cannot believe how slow things are going at this point!! Not happy at all!!!"

"Never got seen. Hard to feel welcomed into a place when you don't even reach the counter and the receptionist is calling to see if they're still seeing people. They close at 10pm, I walked in at 8pm. Her first words to me was "its going to be an hour and a half to an hour and 45 min wait but I can get you on the schedule." Not very welcoming or friendly."

"Excellent care. Went there in the pm. Four people ahead of me, but waited only 45 min with pleasant receptionist, nice clean lobby. When others came out, they said diagnosis are care very helpful. I really liked the Dr I've seen twice. Good experience there, and I recommend it."

"I would NEVER recommend this urgent care to anyone. Absolutely horrendous nursing staff. Front desk lady was the nicest person there. I have been here for several issues for a medical condition of mine, and I have heard the nurses outside making fun of me EVERY SINGLE TIME I am here. They do not whisper about it, their tones are always elevated and I have heard every word. She literally said “I’ve never had a complaint made about me…” well, now you do, sweetheart. You should be ashamed of yourself for mocking and treating patients as if their conditions don’t matter. Maybe choose a different profession if you can’t remain professional at your job. Makes me want to bawl my eyes out every time I come here because my condition is out of my control and if I could get in to see my primary fast enough, I’d have done that well before I came here. She has been booked out so that I can’t get in fast enough for my worsening symptoms. If I could rate this zero stars I wouldn’t even hesitate. The 1 star goes to the lady at the front desk because she was absolutely phenomenal, and so was the doctor that saw me. Do not ever come here."

"Edit: I was contacted shortly after my visit and the individual I spoke to made me feel as though they were taking my complaint seriously. I hope they are able to correct the issue and not allow one bad egg in their basket to ruin their reputation. Thank you for making things right. Original review: One of the worst Healthcare experiences I've ever had. The nurse practitioner, Mary, made me feel as though I was wasting her time. I have been having an allergic reaction to something for the last two days and was told to just deal with it. She didn't even try to figure out what might be triggering it. Total waste of my time, my money for gas and copay."
