"Called ahead of time to ensure hours of operation, receptionist confirmed open hours and communicated I was on my way. I was in within the time of operating hours to have the doors locked before closing time. Very disappointing."

"Took my mom in, she was very sick. We got in almost immediately, the nurse followed us in the room and got her vitals, etc. The doctor came in, in less than 5 minutes. The doctor was very caring and quickly decided she needed an x-ray and blood work. In less than 5 minutes she was in the x-ray. We were in and out in about 45 minutes with what we needed to get my mom on the road to recovery. Very impressed!"

"I called Convenient Care today because a claim for my child was processed through the wrong insurance company and I had received a bill. When I called and said, "I think you guys processed it through the wrong insurance company" before I could take a breath Brandon said, "You mean you gave us the wrong insurance information." He wasn't asking a question, he was making a statement. His vocal tone was extremely rude and condescending. The insurance they ran the bill through that was incorrect, was a secondary insurance. I don't even own an insurance card to the company they processed the claim through, so how could I have given the wrong insurance information to them? I have no issues with the providers at this location but maybe the company should hire a different staff member to do customer service duties if the one they have can't keep their composure."

"The clerk guy at the secretaries front desk Brandon is rude, abrasive, condescending and obviously has issues, most likely he is confused and angry and disgruntled. I guess if I were a clerk at a secretaries seat I would be disgruntled too. Maybe his wife does not like him either, but in customer service, the customer is always right, even if wrong, the customer is right. That is total quality management. Obviously this place has issues, the management would not even call back to have a grown-up discussion, because Brandon is obviously too immature to have an adult conversation and feels intimidated by the customer. Stay away, take your business somewhere else, this place is way too passive-aggressive with an attitude!!"

"Despite them sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy (after telling 2 or 3 people which pharmacy to use), I'm still going to give them 5 stars. The staff were all very nice, and service was quick. Definitely a much quicker process than trying to get into a regular doctors office. I would not hesitate to go there again."
