"Brought in some details from our contractor on siding that needed replacement after the storm. The G/F guys called all over the place, trying to find the exact match, but weren't able to. However, they did find a VERY close match which is close enough for what we need, especially since if we got the siding today, the contractor would do the repair today. Otherwise, we'd have been waiting 2-3 months. I appreciate the guys up front making the effort to try to find "perfect" for us, but when that didn't work, they helped us get to a "good enough" solution based on our circumstances. As a side note, its always nice when the people you're working with don't seem bothered that you have no idea what you're really needing. The G/F guys didn't make me feel stupid or as though I was inconveniencing them with my questions. If I have another need for siding, doors, windows, lumber, etc, G/F is definitely a place I will come back to."
