"We wanted to replace our drapes with Top-down, Bottom-up Honeycomb style shades. The drapes allowed the sun from the East and South windows to come through. It was never totally dark in here. Bonnie walked me through the Pros and Cons of the options available. She answered all of our questions and had great suggestions She did a fantastic job! We chose the Alta brand with Blackout opacity. We absolutely love them! The room is totally dark now when the shades are shut. We love the control of what light can shine in. The shades also help control the temperature around the windows. Mark installed the shades and cleaned up afterwards. He did a great job and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. He also answered the few questions I had. It was a great experience! Thank you Bonnie and Mark!"

She was very friendly and spent a lot of time getting to know me and explaining all of my options from the different pads to the various grades of carpet.
