"Brad & Austin and their crew were great to work with on the refinishing of my hardwood floors. This covered everything from their expertise on different types of hardwood (found out ours was Brazilian Cherry) and how to manage the coloration we were looking for, then getting it scheduled for the work in a very timely fashion prior to our move in. While the work with such a hard type of wood warranted a little more than the usual time to remove the old finish and sand down to color we desired, the end result brought out the true beauty in the wood floor we were wanting. No need to cover these floors up with a bunch of area rugs. Pricing was commensurate with the high quality of workmanship and was still slightly below what I was expecting at the front end."
"My wife and I were moving to Iowa from out of state. The home we bought needed the carpet replaced due to pet urine. When our relator reached out to Austin for a quote for carpet replacement, he promptly provided us a competitive quote. Once we closed on the home without delay the old carpet was removed and replaced, additionally treatment was performed for pet odor. Upon moving in there was no longer pet odor and the carpet was just as we had hoped. We were very happy and impressed with our experience with Urban Flooring & Design.
