"Just left here with a $75 dollar can of paint and will NEVER go back again unless I hear ‘Benjamin’ is no longer employed with Sherman Williams. This snarky, self-righteous, rude man could not take hearing constructive criticism because he didn’t like my TONE. I wasn’t rude, disrespectful or profane. I was annoyed, and didn’t make any attempt to conceal it, because they had never told me the 10 dollar quart sample I purchased previously couldn’t be used to trim out the room I am painting. I had already done it. For my suggesting they should have in an annoyed tone he threatened to kick me out of the store. This guy is doing no favors to his employer."
