"We put a 100 dollar deposit down to confirm our daughters spot at the daycare center nearly a year in advance. We then followed up with emails confirming our start state, where we received numerous confirmations that she was good to go (latest confirmation was 2 months prior to planned start date). Then one month prior to our start date, we received an email that we would not have a spot until 3 months after our requested and confirmed initial start date. Despite the deposit, the email confirmations, and proactive planning, KinderCare left us high and dry just one month before I was to be returning to work. We were very disappointed."

They not only show genuine love for the kids, but they are engaged teachers. These are things you'd expect anywhere, though. I think what sets Kindercare apart is the curriculum. When our older two hit kindergarten, they excelled. They were not only familiar with what was being taught, but the structure and schedule of the classroom--carpet time, centers, free choice, even picture days! The move to school was seamless and stress-free because they were so prepared. Childcare is a huge investment, and Kindercare delivers outstanding value."
