"My niece went there today and went to try on a sports bra, to make sure it fit. Immediately someone was in there pounding and yelling on the door to come out, while she was undressed! Said she couldn’t try it on because it’s ‘underwear’. Terrible customer service. No need to ever step in there again."
"I was there today around 8:30pm! Everything was going great till we heard someone yelling at the front desk cashier me and my family look to see what happened” I guess she was a supervisor GIRL very rude! Yelling at this male guy cashier yelling at him front of customers! Told him to leave blah blah yelling still cuss at him! It was very bad! The guy left so mad there was no cashier I went up yell at those two lady’s tht was very rude said who cashier? The supervisor yell at me! Give me an attitude that when I call the other Burlington in merly hay! Let them know! What was going on sam answer the phone! They couldn’t do anything about it! When I was leaving the person that was one floor said she was going slap me! Never going back again RUDE TWO LADYS I’m so so sorry for the male guy!"
"Closed two hours early without posting a notice. Called in order to ask why, but the phone just rang until someone picked up and hung up on me without saying anything. If they're having staffing issues, at least post a handwritten notice on the door on the nights necessary."

"My whole life I thought Burlington was an overpriced mom store. Boy was I wrong. My bad for living under a rock. Lots of mens clothing for reasonable prices. Kind of like a more organized Marshall's in my experience."
