"Got the mower back and they completely messed it up fried my starter missing half the bolts to the motor “they couldn’t get it started” because they unplugged the spark plug wire and didn’t hook it back up. We will not be returning"

Chad Johnson:

"Terrible. Avoid. 3 weeks to get an appointment for a tune-up, it sits there for 10 days after I drop it off "with the appointment" with no work; they tell me to come back tomorrow. I gave them 2 more days, no work again. They said one more day. I came back. Nothing done. They say it needs new wheels too for $129. I say fine. They tell me to wait as it will only take a few minutes?? They throw it together. I take it home and the wheel is falling off. They forgot a part. I need to tighten it periodically so the wheel doesn't fall off as I mow. I take it back. They say yep, they missed a part. They need to order it. After 5 more days and no calls, I come back. The say the part will be in tomorrow. I give them two more days. No part. They said wait one more and it will surely be in. Nope. I take it home again with the broken wheel, mow again with the wheel nearly falling off where I need to re-tighten it periodically. I wish I never would have gotten new wheels at all. I take it back 4 days later to see if the part is in. They say it is, but wait 15 minutes and they will have it done. I said I will just run some errands and come back. I come back in an hour, they haven't done anything again. I wait for them to put the part on, and now they charge me another $16 on top of the $280 I already spent. This is sad as I want to support local businesses. But, I can't support this one. The front desk guy is nice. The girl is not good with customers and makes excuses. Awful."
