"It was initially very scary to purchase a travel trailer online. Mo was very personable and easy to talk to. My fears were immediately put to rest and we successfully made a deal. When I went to Iowa (from Illinois) to pick up the trailer, Mo greeted me with a big hug and made me feel really comfortable. It seemed like he was as excited as I was. I have had a couple of minor issues with the trailer and Joel in service bent over backwards to correct them to my satisfaction.
