"Placed our order on 11/14/23. They quoted a 4 week delivery time, which would have been 12/12/23. As of 12/18/23 our items still have not shipped and we have not received any updates. They also can't put you in touch with any customer service people, they just tell you to contact your store organizer and tell them to get in touch with the salesperson. However, salespeople don't want to deal with upset customers. We spent over $200 on items for Christmas and ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but still don't have our items. Our team also does not have their items. Our season is going to be over before we receive anything. I would not recommend this establishment, as there are plenty of other reputable sportswear companies."
"This place is TRASH! Our team orders backpacks and sweat suits..All of our kid's backpacks ripped apart within 5 days of carrying them..The pants are cheap and a whole size too small..Please don't order from this place as their products are cheaply made! What a waste money!"
"Placed order via school team store. Their processor service never emailed me or notified in any way that there was an issue with my card. There were sufficient funds and never got my order declined or kicked back for that, no notice whatsoever that my order wasn't actually placed. And nothing on my card or bank statement of a decline. They emailed me a screen shot of: 8/3/23 to show 3 declines on that day, yet my card worked for other stores that day."
"Haven’t dealt with customer service yet. Went up a size and these garments are only for thin thin people. 3 out of 3 fit in the shoulders and a compression fit elsewhere. Horrendous clothing cuts. Won’t get money back due to custom name on garments. Cool looking but do not buy if you have a belly. Or go up 3-4 sizes then deal with the arms being 12 inches too long. Terribly cut clothing"
