"I bought a Christmas gift for someone only to find out someone else got the same thing so I decided to return the game and trade for a new game at the same price. I was told that the return period was expired and they would only give me $24 for an unused game that was $60 cause it expired two weeks prior. Ridiculous!!!"
"Never had a problem with this location! Usually has some pretty good games on sale, and their really good about making sure they work before putting them out. Staff is also very relaxed, and happy to have a conversation if you fall into one with them."

"Never write reviews but staff made me super uncomfortable. Pushy rude staff. Who won’t let you look at games in peace. And try to tell you what you need to play even if you say it’s not what you like. Said I liked sports games and he said he prefers to tell people if they play sport games they should go out and play the real thing. Could say that about someone who sounds like they spend most of their life playing video games. Was super pushy when I put one game down of the four I grabbed. And kept pushing the 14.99 a month membership . And was rude when I said no thank you. He was so pushy that I asked if he got a commission on games sold or memberships given he said no . So no reason to make people uncomfortable about not wanting to spend 15 bucks a month for a membership when you can get most games online. Will not be coming back will go to a different GameStop in the future or just buy them online ."
