"Boy did I get lucky. The cork on one of the joints of my clarinet was torn. I dropped it off and an hour later, cork fixed, several questionable pads were replaced, key heights were adjusted, and my clarinet is playing better than it has for years. The right technician was certainly on site that day. Well worth my time to find my way to Rieman's in Altoona."

"I paid $50 for an acoustic repair when all was said and done. They had to replace or sand down the nut as it came out of place and adjust the neck and clean frets. Guitar was practically unplayable when I brought it in and it plays like a dream now. Nice work"
"I called first and asked for pricing of a hi hat stand. The lady was very rude to me. She told me they had one for $45. I drove all the way out there. Turns out they thought I said snare stand. Not sure how you confuse the two. Anyway the only hihat stand they had was $90. Really terrible experience. Don't waste your time on this store. Go to the one on the west side instead."
"Very knowledgeable staff. Came in looking for a trumpet cleaning kit for my 10 year old. They were cheaper than online prices and took the extra 10 minutes to show us the tricks n things to look for while cleaning the trumpet. Great service Rieman Music!!! Would highly recommend"
