"The men are great barbers but a lady charged me 43 dollars for a hair cut. I asked for a flat top and she lied to me because she didn't know how to. She trimmed my mustache and I didn't even ask for her to touch my mustache. Overall didn't like my hair cut and I came home and did it myself."

"Man, everyone seemed cool, and I saw some good work. I didn’t have an appointment and walked in, so it’s my fault for that and for not being incredibly clear about what I wanted. I asked for a fade and a beard lineup without taking anything off. The lady separated my mustache and beard and took off 90% of my mustache without asking. She had half the mustache almost shaved completely off before she stopped and asked me. Also took my beard line further down without asking as well. The hair is fine but she butchered my beard and mustache. On top of that, no pre shave or shaving cream or anything. Just dry razor and even cut my cheek. Just did it. I’m not angry at the fade, it’s nothing special but it’s not a bad job. But dang man, just screw up my beard like that cause you assumed instead of asking. Even though lineups aren’t supposed to remove mass amounts of volume. Wish I could rate the rest of the shop a 5 star and just knock points for the beard. Low key fuming but I chose to not make a scene. Will not be going back to see her. Luckily I saw a dude doing good work and grabbed his card. Very disappointing man."

"Big Ty does an amazing job... he cuts my daughters hair & every where else we have gone could never get the cut right, so finally we went to Southside & set an appointment with Big Ty and he did exactly what my daughter wanted.... my most recent visit was a little nerve racking because we were 10 minutes early to the appointment and Big Ty was 10 mins late and he had 1 customer ahead of us, our scheduled appointment was at 10:30am but we didn't get in until 11am. But we will continue to go see Big Ty because he does great work but hopefully he will be on time in the future."

"Was really disappointed, I had appointment with Isaac for 1:30pm and i was late for exactly 6min looking for parking around the shop. Went inside l, the other folks were nice, but he didn’t even bother talking to me face to face. Just texted me that he waits 5mins and i have to pay for no show fees. I understand it’s my fault to be 6min late, but was very disappointed how he treated a customer, makes me wonder if he was even at the shop!"

"My son went here to get his hair faded & was very happy with the results. The lady did a great job! Definitely recommend!!"
