"I visited Brown's Shoe in Ankeny recently, hoping to find new shoes for me to wear to work and school. The worker helping me had a lot of STRONG opinions about the shoes I wanted to try on. I'm sure he was trying to come off as knowledgable, but some of his responses were flat out rude and I ended up walking out of the store annoyed. If I visit again, I hope the person helping me will have less negative things to say about the shoes I like, and will more helpful rather than opinionated."
