"If you need anything bicycle related, this is your place. My wife and I regularly take our bikes here for service, and they always come back in great running condition. I bought a used trike for my wife to ride this summer due to a shoulder injury. Brought it in for a number of items, thinking I would need to leave it. But to my pleasant surprise, Kevin, the store manager, and all around great guy, personally did all the work while I waited -- and for a very fair price. The store changed ownership a year or so back. I had developed a great comfort with the previous owners (Havliks - great people), and was hoping Kyle would carry their legacy of great customer service forward. He did with flying colors. There is really something to say about local ownership. Kyle's Bikes -- great people and great service."

"I'd been to a few other shops and was considering buying an ebike from another shop. That all changed with my visit to Kyle's. Kevin was AMAZING! He listened to what I wanted, picked out the perfect bike for me to try out. Very patiently explained what I needed to know and answered all my questions. Offered to help set up the app on a return trip. My BF purchased an ebike as well. Kevin helped load them in truck, and helped with a solution when it was discovered the bikes were too big to fit the truck bed. Such a great experience."

"I recently added a new stem to my bike. Unrelated, I also recently injured my wrist. As I was test riding my bike to see how the new stem felt, I heard an awful clanking sound when I went over bumps. I assumed it was my headset--that my wrist injury prevented me from torquing the bolts properly. Since I was near Kyle's I stopped by to see if they could fix it. A tech (I wish I'd asked for his name) looked at the bike, asked if he could ride it, came back a few minutes later, grinning. It was a loose fender. No charge, issue resolved, incredibly professional, friendly staff, and an impossibly cute doggo. I love this place."
