"Terrible service and handling!! Took it for 600 mile first service because they are the certified dealership for it around here, only to pick it up with this scratch on the gas tank. Of course they said they didn't do it and they would inform me if that would have happened. I don't buy it and I know for a fact it wasn't there when I dropped it off. Didn't notice it for couple of days because it was over 100° out and didn't take it out of the garage. When I did on Sunday, I noticed it. I took the bike out like I do regularly, but the first thing the manager, Doug asks me is how many miles on it and of course accuses me of scratching it then and trying to pin it on them. I've had this bike for a year and I know how to handle it but they clearly don't. Their answer was we only work on the bottom portion ( like I don't know that) but how about handling the bike which they clearly failed to do. I took the gas tank off and I am sending it for repaint, since they absolutely failed to own their mistakes. Always take lots of pictures of your bike before you hand it to them, or even better, go somewhere else."

"Had tires put on while I waited. They did a great job of getting to the bike even though I got there later then expected. The job was done right and no damage done. They are a Ducati and KTM dealer but were willing to change tires on my BMW as well. Good conversation as well."
"Excellent custo.er service. Took my bike in for an exhaust and a few recalls. They were very helpful and descriptive of the work they would be performing. 10 out of 10. Recomend for ducati owners and ktm."
